TEMPSENS Instruments (I) Pvt. Ltd is a part of Pyrotech Group which was established by four technocrats in 1976 at Udaipur, with our first product as Thermocouples and RTDs. We have focused ourselves for the supply of high quality Temperature sensors, related products accessories; services built to specific customer needs. We have tied up with world leaders in Temperature measuring technology for critical components, Non contact Temperature measurement, Thermal Imaging Solutions and Furance Cameras etc. We add value to these products and deliver complete engineered solutions, backed by efficient service and application support.

		Production Expertise Technology Our Production process is planned for high output and consistent quality. Many of the products depicted are specific process standards, and others are customer driven special designs. Our designers help your to visualize your products in advance by using CAD software. We have CNC Machinces, Micro Plasma Welding, Deep Drilling Machines which ensure ultimate perfection, uniformity and fast execution of projects . We not only supply the ideal sensor which the customer requires but also the accessories such as compression fittings and connection heads, nipples, cables and wires as per customer requirement.

		Quality Assurance & Calibration Services We have always tried to anticipate and accommodate customers needs in temperature measurements. To this end Tempsens has Calibration Lab which is NABL Accredited. Temperature calibration lab has Fixed point cells, high stable calibration furnaces, measurements and accurate master sensors traceable to National and International Standards. The Calibration Center functions as per ISO 17025:2005 standard. Calibration of contact type sensors can be made in temp. range of -35º C to 1500º C. Calibration of non contact type sensors can be made in temperature range of 50º C to 1500º C. We are first in private sector to install Fixed point calibration for Triple point of water(TPW), Gallium (Ga), Zinc(Zn), Aluminium(Al) , Tin(Sn) cells

Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTD), as the name implies, are sensors used to measure temperature by correlating the resistance of the RTD element with temperature. RTDs are relatively immune to electrical noise and therefore well suited for temperature measurement in industrial environments, especially around motors, generators and other high voltage equipment.

Tempsens was founded in 1985 by a team of engineers . Tempsens is the largest manufacturers of Thermocouples and Rtd's in India. In continuation to fulfill customer needs the company is also involved into manufacturing of thermowells and mechanical components and accessories along with other products .We are Equipped with a new efficient deep drill machine and plasma CNC Machine, we produce high reliability, all types of thermowells . We are one of the few sources in India for long thermowells and can produce up to a maximum length of 1000mm at our facility . Various types of inspections are conducted throughout the process including dye penetration and hydrostatic tests to ensure the integrity of our thermowells. Available in every grade of stainless steel, non-ferrous and a variety of high temperature super alloys.
