Incorporating a high-performance current control circuit, all instruments provide highly stable, high-speed operation and offer improved operability and multi-functionality through the use of CPU control. For communication, they provided with GPIB / E-Net / USB / RS-232C interfaces. Both interfaces support IEEE 488.2 as well as the Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments (SCPI) commands.
