COMPANY HISTORY

 

 

April 1953:

Business inaugurated at Shimamura Denseiki Seisakusho, Oyaguchi, Itabashi-Ku, Tokyo.

July 1963:

The company was incorporated and K.K. Shimamura Denseiki Seisakusho was established.

Oct. 1970:

The company's name was changed to Shimaden Co., Ltd. with the development of new corporate business.

July 1973:

To extend its business enterprises, a new company building was constructed at Kitamachi, Nerima-ku, in which the head office and factory were moved. An Export Department was formed within the head office.

April 1985:

To further extend Shimaden's growing business, a factory was built at Miyoshimachi, Iruma-gun, Saitama Prefecture, to which Production department was moved.

Sept. 1996:

ISO 9002 Certification obtained.

July 1999:

ISO 9001 Certification obtained.

March 2005:

ISO 14001 Certification obtained.
