Metrix manufactures a complete line of instrumentation to measure and monitor vibration and provide early warning of potential machinery failure.

SETPOINT™ Machinery Protection System – a rack-based continuous machinery monitoring platform designed to fully comply with American Petroleum Institute Standard 670 for machinery protection systems. Up to 56 vibration/position/speed channels or 84 temperature channels can be monitored and displayed in a single 19” rack.

SETPOINT™ Digital Proximity System – the world's first digital proximity transducer system, allowing a single signal conditioner to be field-programmed with a wide variety of calibration curves.  The system is fully API 670 compliant when used with Metrix MX2030 series components, and is compatible with an extremely wide variety of probes and cables from Metrix and other suppliers.

Proximity – features an array of probes, cables and drivers that are interchangeable with competitive probe systems. Replace individual components with our ProxMatch™ color coding system or purchase a complete proximity system with probe, extension cable and two-wire, loop-powered Trendsetter™ transmitter.

Seismic – includes 4-20 mA transmitters, case-mounted sensors and accelerometers, signal conditioners and our patented Impact Transmitters. Products apply generally to rolling element bearing machinery.

Monitors – provide a Human Machine Interface (HMI) which allows an operator to have a predictive maintenance program by trending the vibration data. Suitable replacements for legacy systems.

Switches – for overall vibration monitoring and trending without the necessity of complex systems. Models available with Hazardous Area Ratings and explosion-proof housing.

Portable – economical units ideal for obtaining radial vibration casing measurements. These LCD indicating meters are rated intrinsically safe for hazardous areas.

Proximity Products

	SETPOINT Digital Proximity System The new SETPOINT digital proximity system is API 670 compliant. It is available in both a 2 wire version and 3 wire version.

	Probes Metrix proximity probes are interchangeable with Bently Nevada Series 3300, 7200, and 3000. All probes incorporate the latest technology & include agency approvals.

	Cables Metrix extension cables are interchangeable with Bently Nevada Series 3300, 7200, and 3000. Available with or without armor in lengths to match the probe for appropriate series system lengths.

	Drivers Metrix proximity drivers are interchangeable with Bently Nevada Series 3300, 7200, and 3000. Mounting is baseplate with same mounting hole centers. Available for DIN rail mounting on request.

	Vibration Transmitters Metrix proximity vibration transmitters are compatible with Bently Nevada Series 3300, 7200, and 3000 probes and cables as well as our own proprietary probes & cables. Replacing the driver function, the 4-20 mA output is scaled for vibration, position (thrust), speed or phase.

	Signal Conditioners Metrix proximity signal conditioners are used with existing drivers. They power the driver and scale the 4-20 mA output.

	Accessories A full line of accessories for mounting probes and WP or EP enclosures for drivers, transmitters and signal conditioners.

	Sensors We have sensors capable of sensing a wide range of vibration frequencies. They are ideal for use on a variety of machines.

	Transmitters A precision vibration sensor and signal conditioner in a single package built to provide years of reliable service. They are an ideal solution for sensing vibration on most plant equipment.

	Signal Conditioners Multi-channel signal conditioner accepts signal inputs from a variety of machine mounted sensors. Designed to reduce many inputs into a single, serial cable digital bus or provide 4-20 mA output for each channel for remote communication to supervisory or control instruments.

	Accessories A full line of accessories including conduit elbows, weatherproof housing, mounting studs and adaptors.

	Multi-Channel Monitors Machinery Protection System is a rack-based continuous machinery monitoring platform designed to fully comply with American Petroleum Institute Standard 670 for machinery protection systems. 	Single Channel Monitors This protection monitor accepts an input signal from any standard 4-20 mA transmitter for a wide variety of applications.

	Electronic Switches Metrix electronic switches are used in a variety of applications. They offer single or dual setpoints, adjustable time delays, external setpoint adjustments and more...

	Mechanical Switches This mechanical switch meets all requirements in a single, affordable package. Options include a second set of SPDT contacts, electrical remote reset and hazardous area approval.

	Accessories Includes stainless steel flange mount adapter and replacement electronic module.

Portable Products

	Portable Shakers Portable vibration shakers are designed to be used in the field or shop to verify performance of vibration transducers, connectors, cabling, instruments or permanently installed condition monitoring systems.

	Vibration Meters Metrix vibration meters are simple to operate and are ideal for obtaining spot measurements. Features accurate, piezo-electric accelerometer sensor, LCD read-out in acceleration, velocity and displacement and true RMS velocity response.

	Accessories Includes storage cases, accelerometers, headphones, shaft rider fork, spike detection probe, etc.
