PANELS & CONTROLS DESKS

Mosaic tile system: Mosaic tile system is the most planner friendly, reliable and economical approach to process visualization. It is suitable for all kinds of control and monitoring indicator board, for process control, power networks, & security etc. The SM 24/48 mosaic tile equipment has been used worldwide since 1968. Subklew Mosaic System finds its application world wide for all types of industrial and communication network systems.

MIMIC PANEL : MIMIC is the exact or approximate representation of any process plant for which the control panel and desk is going to be used.These representations make it easy to control and viewing the whole plant from one place only. The mimic helps in identification of exact location of faults at working on the moment it occurs,and is easy for maintenance.
Mimic Panels find their application in various process plants like: Ash Handling, Cement plants, Railways, Petro-chemicals, Utilities, Iron and Steel, Distribution SCADA, Power Generation.

PLC panel is a computer based unit that performs discrete or continuous control functions in a variety of processing plants & factory environment.

Marshalling Panels are used for the marshalling of field cables. There are two sets of cables coming to the panel, one originating from the field, while the other going to the control room. This panel facilitates the criss-crossing and interconnection of both the set of cables.

Networking Panel

19” Racks and enclosures are the most commonly used mounting systems for housing of control, instrumentation and electronic equipment
As 19” mounting is a worldwide standard, these racks and enclosures find a wide range of applications.
We at Pyrotech manufacture a range of 19” enclosures as per IEC 297.

These enclosures are made in different construction system including welded and ALCOSY-30 system and are provided for with 19” mounting arrangement. Typical applications include mounting of networking equipments, servers, communication equipmentand custom built 19” equipments.

Motor Control Centre (mcc) : For the majority of industrial applications LT power is distributed through MCC panel. Control of most of the motors are from MCC panel, and local control near motors is provided from the local push button stations.
Pyrotech panel system is a modular system delivered in section form; enabling the panel builders to build any configuration for main & sub distribution boards and motor control centers.

Purge Panel

Purged Enclosure is used for housing Normal Electrical equipment in an extremely hazardous & explosive environment.
The basic on which Purge Panels are designed is “ Fluid always flows from higher pressure to lower pressure.” It is the process of supplying an enclosure with clean air or an inert gas at sufficient flow & positive pressure to reduce to an acceptably safe level the concentration of flammable gases or vapours initially present, and to maintain this safe level by positive pressure with or without continuous flow.

It is an enclosure where energy meters are mounted with other accessories & is intended for electrical energy measurement

Local Instrument Enclosures\ Racks

In any process activity involving the measurement of process variables like pressure, flow and level of gas, steam or fluid and temperature of static and dynamic elements, transmitters are used. Since the transmitters are housed in the fields near the source of origin of signal, special provision for their mounting has to be provided. Depending on the field location, the transmitters and related equipment may be housed in racks or in enclosures

ANALYSER SHELTER PANEL
Analyser shelters are supplied as self contained units suitable for installation on concrete pads or as a stand alone units. The shelters are suitable for multilateral use for housing, measuring & controlling equipment in power plants, natural gas, energy, petroleum refinery & petrochemicals. It creates a non hazardous & safe environment in an otherwise hazardous area.

NG & LAVT Cubicle For all electrical power generating units at least one LAVT and one NG cubicles is essentially required for protection, measurement and balancing of the current of the three phase generator. These panels are installed between generator and step-up transformer of the power plant.

TEST BENCH

The electricity boards need to check the meters for their performance before they install in customer's premises.

Computer Consoles and CRT Desk
Consoles is mainly used in industries for enclosing monitors & CPU, Cabinet. A console creates a dust-free environment in which heat-generating computer or communication equipment may be kept ventilated by the use of efficient and unobtrusive ventilation. Equipment is protected from accidental kicks, knocks and collisions.

Analog Panel Meters – K series

WEIGEL's K-series, a new design of quadratic DIN case instruments, offer an economic alternative for standard applications in the control panel and generating set production by abandoning cost-increasing options.
Cost-saving features include:

The WEIGEL M-series of panel meters is a complete range of electrical indicating instruments, upgraded by years of advanced engineering and production experience. In many applications analog panel meters still remain the preferred way of measuring and ncontrolling electrical engineering units. Limit signal transmitter/indicator

WEIGEL’s limit signal transmitters serve as two-level controllers to monitor direct and alternating current as well as direct and alternating voltage.

Together with upstream transducers the limit signal transmitters are used to monitor real and idle power, power factor as well as frequency.

Digital PM / Bargraph indicators / Large size displays

WEIGEL’s digital panel meters are distinguished by maximum reliability and long-term stability. This is guaranteed by advanced manufacturing techniques with an optimized quality assurance system. These meters are used in power generation and distribution systems, industrial automation systems, telemetry control systems, temperature measurement and control schemes.

WEIGEL digital panel meters are supplied in sizes 48 mm x 24 mm, 96 mm x 24 mm, 96 mm x 48 mm and 96 mm x 96 mm with 3 1/2, 4 1/2, or 5 digit LED displays, also available with user calibration option of display span.

The range includes models designed for the measurement of DC or AC current or voltage, temperature, frequency, pressure, resistance, speed besides other measuring units to special order.

Additional options are high and low setpoints for minimum and maximum limit control, analog and BCD outputs. True RMS measurement is possible for AC current and voltage inputs. Different voltage supplies allow a variety of applications.

The construction of WEIGEL digital panel meters complies with the latest VDE standards.

Hot seven tank process generates phosphated & chromatised sheet having good resistance to oxidation and errosion. Being an automated conveyorised plant the cycle time of each dip is precisely fixed.

The product development process includes stringent internal testing. Each enclosure is subjected to harsh environmental conditions. Extensive & rigorous testing for paint, mechanical, electrical, calibration, measurement & functional testing of panels is undertaken to ensure they meet our standards & customer's requirements.

Fabrication shop is equipped with power press, arc / mig / tig / spot welding machines, pneumatic riveting and grinding machines to ensure reliable process.
