Công nghệ dây rung

Tần số dao động cộng hưởng của một dây thép căng phụ thuộc vào độ căng hoặc lực căng của dây. Sự phụ thuộc cơ bản này được sử dụng trong nhiều cấu hình khác nhau để đo biến dạng, tải trọng, lực, áp suất, nhiệt độ và độ nghiêng.

Cảm biến dây rung nổi tiếng với độ ổn định lâu dài. Ưu điểm của cảm biến dây rung so với các loại thông thường chủ yếu nằm ở đầu ra của cảm biến, là tần số chứ không phải điện áp.

Các tần số có thể được truyền qua cáp dài (> 2000 m) mà không làm suy giảm tín hiệu đáng kể do sự thay đổi về điện trở của cáp, có thể phát sinh từ sự thấm nước, dao động nhiệt độ, điện trở tiếp xúc hoặc rò rỉ xuống đất. Yếu tố này cùng với sự sang trọng và chắc chắn của thiết kế Geokon dẫn đến các cảm biến thể hiện độ ổn định lâu dài tuyệt vời và lý tưởng cho các phép đo dài hạn trong môi trường bất lợi.

Các ứng dụng sản phẩm Geokon

Các thiết bị do Geokon sản xuất được sử dụng chủ yếu để giám sát sự an toàn và ổn định của các công trình dân dụng và khai thác mỏ như đập đất, đập bê tông, đường hầm, lỗ mở mỏ, nền móng, cọc, kè, tường chắn, mái dốc, hệ thống tàu điện ngầm, nhà máy điện ngầm, cầu, cống, đường ống, trục, đào tường bùn, đào giằng, cột chống, kho chứa chất thải hạt nhân, sơ đồ xử lý nước ngầm và những thứ tương tự.

Geokon sản xuất một dòng thiết bị địa kỹ thuật hoàn chỉnh bao gồm máy đo độ giãn, máy đo áp, máy đo độ căng, máy đo độ nứt, máy kiểm tra mối nối, cảm biến lực, cảm biến độ lún, cảm biến áp suất, máy đo độ nghiêng và bộ lưu dữ liệu và nhiều mặt hàng tùy chỉnh khác được thực hiện theo đơn đặt hàng.

Vibrating Wire Technology

The resonant frequency of vibration of a tensioned steel wire is dependent on the strain or tension in the wire. This fundamental dependency is utilized in a variety of configurations for the measurement of strain, load, force, pressure, temperature, and tilt.

Vibrating wire sensors are well known for their long-term stability. The advantage of vibrating wire sensors over more conventional types lies mainly in the sensor output, which is a frequency rather than a voltage.

Frequencies can be transmitted over long (>2000 m) cables without appreciable degradation of the signal caused by variations in cable resistance, which can arise from water penetration, temperature fluctuations, contact resistance or leakage to ground. This factor, coupled with the elegance and ruggedness of GEOKON designs results in sensors which exhibit excellent long-term stability and which are ideally suited for long-term measurements in adverse environments.

Applications

Instruments manufactured by GEOKON are used primarily for monitoring the safety and stability of civil and mining structures such as earth dams, concrete dams, tunnels, mine openings, foundations, piles, embankments, retaining walls, slopes, subway systems, underground powerhouses, bridges, culverts, pipelines, shafts, slurry wall excavations, braced excavations, tiebacks, nuclear waste repositories, ground water remediation schemes and the like.
