Versatile Controller Options for PrecisionScan

Beta LaserMike offers the PrecsionPro Series data processors for the PrecisionScan dimensional measurement gauges. Two models are available:

• 6000 Series High-Precision Gauges for tighter tolerance applications
• 2000 Series General Purpose Gauges where tight tolerances are not as critical

PrecisionPro 6000:

• Supports up to 2 dimensional gauges
• Displays up to 32 data items (eight simultaneously)
• Color coding of out-of-tolerance measurements
• Interfaces to motion control and position sensing devices
• Programmable measurement and data manipulation

PrecisionPro 2000:

• Connect a laser gauge to an existing computer system for a complete, customized gauging system
• Transmit high-speed data measurements from Beta LaserMike laser scanner to host PC
• Easily access setup parameters through Windows®-driven DataView program
• Use existing Beta LaserMike product libraries or simply design your own
• Supports Windows® Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) for easy data integration into other Windows®-based programs
