CAL Controls được thành lập vào năm 1963 tại Hertfordshire, Vương quốc Anh.

1.  PMA KS 40-1 Burner Temperature Controller – Bộ điều khiển nhiệt độ cho Buồng đốt

Bộ điều khiển nhiệt độ đa năng dành cho buồng đốt KS 40-1 được thiết kế cho các nhiệm vụ điều khiển phổ quát, chính xác và tiết kiệm chi phí đối với các buồng đốt điều chế hai và ba giai đoạn. Nó có thể được chuyển đổi 1 cách đơn giản giữa điều khiển bật / tắt của buồng đốt 2 giai đoạn và điều khiển cơ giới để điều chỉnh buồng đốt trong quá trình hoạt động. The universal temperature controller KS 40-1 burner is intended for universal, precise, and cost-effective control tasks of modulating, two- and three-stage burners. It can be switched between the simple on/off control of 2-stage burners and motorised control for modulating burners during operation. Thus different fuels are optimally applicable.

The process value signal is connected via a universal input allowing thermocouples and Pt100 to be used for temperature control. 2-wire, 3-wire or 50/30/50 pressure transmitters can be used for boiler pressure control. An additional input is available which can be used for external setpoint or weather-compensation.

1. KS 45 DIN Rail Universal Temperature Controller

Bộ điều khiển KS 45 đa năng được thiết kế để kiểm soát nhiệt độ chính xác và tiết kiệm chi phí. Đầu ra bộ điều khiển có thể được định cấu hình như một bộ ký hiệu, điều khiển PID 2 điểm hoặc liên tục, điều khiển 3 điểm với phạm vi phân chia tùy chọn và điều khiển bước 3 điểm.

Một đầu vào đa năng được cung cấp cho giá trị tín hiệu quá trình. Một đầu vào analog thứ hai có sẵn để đo nhiệt độ  hiện tại hoặc nhận tín hiệu analog từ bên ngoài đưa vào. The universal KS 45 controller is designed to provide precise and cost-effective temperature control. The controller output is configurable as a signaller, 2-point or continuous PID control, 3-point control with optional split range and 3-point stepping control.

A universal input is provided for the process value signal. A second analog input is available for heating current measurement or for an external setpoint signal. The KS 45 has two switching outputs. The universal output is configurable as a voltage or current signal, for controlling solid-state relays or as a transmitter supply signal.

The universal KS 50-1 temperature controller is intended for precise and cost-effective control tasks. Thiết bị đa chức năng KS 98-2 cung cấp chức năng nâng cao cho người dùng. KS 98-2 có cấu trúc I / O hoàn toàn theo mô-đun cho phép biên dịch số lượng đầu vào và đầu ra analog  và kỹ thuật số chính xác theo nhu cầu.

The KS 98-2 multi-function unit provides advanced functionality to its users. It benefits from having a fully modular I/O structure allowing to compile the number of analog and digital inputs and outputs exactly to the needs.

The KS 98-2 offers a TFT Colour Display (320 x 240 pixels) with Touch. Individual plain text lines can be displayed with the current function states. Setpoint, actual values or manipulated variables can be visualised in either bar graphs or trend curves.

The instrument is freely programmable based on an extensive function library to support the engineering of individual solutions from analog signal conditioning to digital signal operations and cascade control systems to complex meshed control loops.
