Công nghệ 'CEM' được phát triển để kiểm soát dòng hơi chính xác. Các hệ thống sủi bọt truyền thống thường không có khả năng xử lý đủ lượng chất lỏng với áp suất hơi thấp, hoặc hoạt động không hoàn hảo. Hơn nữa, chúng không thể ngay lập tức cung cấp hơi của hỗn hợp chất lỏng có áp suất hơi khác nhau.
