The tunable diode laser (TDL) sensing technology has proven to be a reliable, robust sensing technology measuring ultra-trace levels of moisture in Semiconductor process gases

DF700 Series moisture analyzer are used in a multitude of applications including:

■DF700 Series user interface update 
–All DF700 analyzers, except DF760, will now display the real-time moisture reference spectrum
–The reference spectrum shows that the laser is locked on the correct moisture peaks and is analyzing the correct part of the IR spectrum
–This reference spectrum give confidence to the user that the analyzer is functioning properly and is giving good data
–If the real-time reference spectrum does not look like the picture shown then the analyzer is not giving good data…

Green “OK” means there are no internal system faults.  If there are any faults with the analyzer it will turn Red and display a different message
