The Slurry Recycle System is for recovering and recycling abrasive grain slurry used on a wiresaw for slicing ingots and the like.
Outline of Slurry Recycling System
① Used abrasive grain slurry discharged from the wire saw is separated by a first decanter to recover abrasive grains.
② The primary separation liquid is further separated by a second decanter to recover coolant; chips are discarded.
③ Recovered abrasive grains and coolant are mixed, a certain amount of new slurry (new abrasive grains and coolant) is added when necessary to blend and make a regenerated slurry.
